I am a results-driven and dedicated sustainability professional with progressive experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate partnership development. I have a proven track record of building strong relationships and implementing strategic initiatives that achieve impactful sustainability outcomes. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach that fosters strong partnerships and community engagement. My personal values and love of nature motivate me every day to apply my skills and experience to the best of my ability for the benefit of environmental and sustainability endeavours on a personal and professional level. In 2013, I was deeply honoured to receive a City Builder Award from the Mayor of Ottawa recognizing my contributions to environmental stewardship and community activism. This award celebrated my leadership in raising environmental awareness initiatives, spearheading restoration projects in green spaces, and fostering community engagement that resulted in a significant level of community volunteerism. Through collaboration with the municipality and the local school board, as well as other community partners, we increased the tree canopy and mitigated the impact of invasive plant species in our community.
