I run the City of Billings MS4 Storm Water Program. I've been doing my best for the last 4 years to bring this program into compliance with DEQ and get a streamlined program up and running. Outside of work I'm a classic car lover. I've been in a car club since I was 2 years old. Driving an old vehicle is my therapy.
