As the Communications Coordinator for the San Juan Islands Conservation District, I manage a wide range of responsibilities including communications, outreach, and fundraising efforts. I am dedicated to developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the visibility of our programs and initiatives. This includes organizing community events like the annual Farm Tours of the San Juans and San Juan Islands Conservation Campus Grand Opening, creating engaging content for digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. A key part of my role involves empowering youth through programs like the Youth Conservation Corps, fostering a connection between young people and environmental stewardship.
