As the Assistant Administrative Director at Mid Michigan Waste Authority (MMWA), I support the daily operations that serve nearly 200,000 residents across our member communities. Our office manages the full spectrum of administrative functions, including contract oversight, customer service, public education, programming, and community outreach. In my role, I contribute to the strategic coordination and execution of MMWA's mission—to promote sustainable waste practices through recycling, reuse, and waste reduction education. I manage our digital presence, overseeing MMWA’s social media outreach and maintaining our website to ensure residents have access to up-to-date, clear information. I also lead and assist with educational initiatives, working directly with residents to raise awareness about responsible waste management.
