I am an environmental scientist specialised in natural resource management with experience in deep-sea, coral reef and wetland monitoring, research, rehabilitation and management in Italy, the Maldives, the USA and Australia. Currently, I work with the Office of the Great Barrier Reef (OGBR) within the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (Queensland Government). My role involves developing and delivering programs related to the Reef 2050 Long-Term Sustainability Plan, the Reef 2050 Water Quality Improvement Plan, and the Queensland Reef Water Quality Program. Overall, I have a strong background in marine biology, hydrology, biogeochemistry and microbiology.
