As a cultural communications strategist, she helps clients engage equitably with diverse audiences by centering culture, language, and lived experience in every campaign. Her upbringing in Mexico City and her lifelong passion for learning from other cultures inspire her work guiding organizations toward more inclusive and authentic communication. At C+C, Jennifer leads the agency’s multicultural communications team and has spearheaded initiatives that make clean energy, recycling guidance, and health care more accessible to underserved communities—by developing inclusive language resources, co-creating multicultural marketing frameworks, and producing Spanish-language content that empowers families to change their behaviors.
