Thanks for sharing your information on Waste Wise Catering. I currently work in the hospitality industry and am introducing composting systems for our hotels and restaurants, but training staff makes all the difference. Using facts and figures and a quiz to interest and motivate staff are great tools. I'll let you know how it goes.

How are you after the xmas break? Nicely refreshed I hope! You've done a good job on the tool-kit.. nice and easy to understand and follow. Could I pass it on to a few Facility Managers who may be interested in it? I'm slowly getting back into things once again after the holiday break but now Andy is in hospital with a minor but unexpected operation to recover from... it's keeping me out of mischief to no end!
