I am looking at developing an on-line interactive resource (perhaps a game or tour) for children to learn about the recycling process including buying decisions prior to collection and post manufacturing. Is anyone aware of any similar resources? There seems to be a lot of material available about sorting recyclables for collection so that they can be manufactured into new products, but very little on closing the loop by buying products with recycled content.

I belileve that New York City had an interactive site about recycling. I don't know if it's still active or not. It was done a few years ago. Eureka Recycling in Minneapolis also has a very good web site.
