I have been coordinating a pilot program that offers non-profits free energy audits and a limited amount of financial assistance to install the measures on their own. We want to alter the program so that after providing the audit, we would then install the recommended measures that are most cost effective. I am looking for similar programs in existence to find recommendations for setting a realistic target audience for a 2 year period, for any pitfalls to avoid, and to find effective social marketing methods to increase interest and engagement in the program.
Thank you very much.
