Here at Drainage Services, City of Edmonton (Alberta, Canada) I am in the final stages of developing a public education program on storm water for Grade 5. The program links to the provincial program of studies and is intended to introduce school children to actions they can take themselves and with their families to introduce behavioral changes around what goes down the storm drain. It is an integrated program with a focus on science and language arts as well as some activities in mathematics and social studies. The program will launch at the end of September/beginning of October. A second program will launch at the same time for Grade 4 on wastewater.

Hi Janice,
We are working on stormwater here in Baltimore and will be opening our Herring Run Watershed Center at the end of the year. We'll be educating children and would be most interested in seeing your curriculum. Could you share it with us?
Thanks,
Mary
