Outreach Projects Relating to Energy Efficiency with Homeowners

Looking for examples and/or materials related to the following two outreach program concepts:

1. Focused program targeting low income housing management groups, so likely focused on behaviours and low/no cost ways to conserve. It would be directly with the tenants and their management groups.

2. Program focused on training groups of volunteers to do a residential energy efficiency walkthrough with local residents. This would be a train the trainer session, but staying at a walkthrough level for info sharing and not to deliver actual audits. It would include no/low cost conservation methods and also provide info on larger savings opportunities.
