CBSM on the West Coast?

Doug has suggested to me that I should put by cbsm question to the forum. I have just re-located from England where I have been applying cbsm in relation to residental recycling programs. I'm interested to know where, who and what programs are applying cbsm on the West Coast, specifically Vancouver Island and Vancouver? Point of interest is research comparison and personal interest on what's happening on my 'new' home tuff. All responses would be greatly appreciated.
