Campus Energy Efficiency Campaigns - Resources Requested

Hello,

I'm new to the list, so please forgive me if these questions have previously been asked and answered. I'm interested in the following information/resources about campus energy efficiency campaigns, specifically with regard to offices and classrooms:

1.Survey instruments that focus on which individual behaviors have the most impact in terms of energy efficiency, the barriers that prevent individuals from undertaking said behaviors, and the perceived benefits to individuals from engaging in said behaviors.

2.Methods for measuring the success or impact of techniques used to encourage energy efficient behavior (e.g., stickers near light switches, pledges to turn off lights, etc.).
