Hi,
I'm searching for information on effective carpool programs, and trying to find some good examples as case studies. If you are familiar with such a program, especially one that has been evaluated, I'd appreciate any information about it.

Nancy,
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts employs MassRides for promoting ridesharing of all types, including carpools. Check it out: http://www.commute.com/default.asp?pgid=massrides/vanpooltips&sid=mrleve l2 Vanpools are also popular with vans provided through a contract with VPSI: http://www.vanpoolusa.com/Home/SubMenu.asp?MMID=1&SMID=10&OID=241 _

(see for example off ramp, Multi-University Rideshare Project, and Improving Employee Transportation: The Cambie Corridor Consortium)
The Jack Bell Ride Share program: http://online.ride-share.com/en/my/
