Seeking RFP for Community Energy/GHG Plan

Hi There,

We're about to embark on a search for a consultant to help us create an inventory of our community's emissions (pop.100,000) and develop a plan to reduce those emissions. We'd like to involve community stakeholders from the onset and base the plan largely on community based social marketing. I'm wondering if anyone has a sample RFP that they'd be willing to share.
