Are there any studies correlating increased employee satisfaction or productivity with workplaces that provide recycling and/or have implemented other workplace sustainability initiatives?

Hi,
I believe I read an excerpt from David Suzuki and Holly Dressel's book "Good News For A Change" on increased productivity at the ING headquarters once they moved into their new green building. Sorry I can't be more specific. There is a more thorough description of the study in the book "The Philosophy of Sustainable Design" By Jason F. McLennan.
Here is the link to an excerpt from his book:

Good luck.
