Surveys/Questionnaires (Quant or Qual) for Recycling/Compostable Choices

Hi:

I've been sitting here on the sidelines for few weeks reading and learning about sustainable behavior from the professional's perspective via this listserv. Wow! I am very impressed with what I keep finding and learning. With that being said, could anyone from this vast knowledge base point me toward some quality surveys/questionnaires or other tools that assess opinion/values and behaviors about sustainable activity, specifically around recycling and compostable choices (quantitative or qualitative)? Tools that have published psychometric properties (evidence of validity and score reliability) would be even better. FYI, I have been reading Fostering Sustainable Behavior by McKenzie- Mohr & Smith as background reading.
