Corporate Anti Idling Policies and Employee Surveys

Hello,

As part of our County's Going Green initiative, we are implementing a Corporate Clean Air Plan. One of our priorities for 2009 is to develop an anti-idling policy for county facilities and staff. If anyone has an example of this type of policy, I would appreciate if you sent it to me. Also, we are planning to evaluate our initiatives by surveying staff before and after one year of implementation. I am looking for examples of surveys that could be used to assess employee attitudes and behaviour with respect to environmental topics (focus on idling). Again, I would appreciate any examples of surveys or references you could send.
