Anyone performed research of has good examples on how to encourage "mom and pop" auto stores to be used oil collection centers. We have had alot of success with the big chains, but we need to get the small establishments involved. I'll even take examples of take back porgrams marketing that has worked well.
Thanks

Cathie,
The Delaware Solid Waste Authority (DSWA) has a program where they collect used motor oil from any station that signs up, including the Mom&Pop shops. You may want to contact them directly to learn more about their program.
