The university that I am involved with is preparing a plan to achieve carbon neutrallity. The President has been a leader in the national effort and a number of faculty have bought into the effort, but the student body has not participated to any extent and has actively undone at least one effort (low flow shower heads in dorms). This would appear to be a clear-cut case where extensive CBSM is needed- I'm looking for examples and suggestions that will help the university achieve it's goals. Thanks!
