Corporate & Incentive Travel magazine is an industry magazine is for corporate meeting and incentive travel planners. It recently had a feature article, entitled How Green is Your Meeting?, which discusses the growing trend to plan meetings that are environmentally friendly.

There is a Convene Green Alliance (CGA) which, according to its web site, is 'a grass-roots, industry initiative that is being spearheaded by several high profile associations that seek to affect positive environmental practices through national, regional, and local outreach and education'.

Perhaps town and city officials on this list might want to check out green meeting techniques for use in their convention centers, or to promote with their hotels.
