Being a governmental entity, our television station will only air PSAs created by other governmental entities. Do you have some or know of some sources? Per the EPA's Clean Water Act, we are required to educate our citizens as part of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program regarding ways to prevent pollution via proper handling & disposal of fertilizers, pesticides, vehical fluids, pet waste and septic tank maintenance.
