Afternoon all-
Our town received a Section 319 Grant for Nonpoint Source Pollution Control Projects to reduce fecal coliform loading into a local river. A key part of the project is launching a social marketing campaign aimed at reducing loading from horses, pets, and failing septic systems. We have dedicated funds for contracting with a social marketing firm, but we are lacking a good template for a Request for Proposals. Does anyone have an old RFP they'd be able to share and/or know where to direct me to find one?

Kim, can't offer a template because I haven't been requested to complete one yet - have supported social marketing projects for former colleagues and professionals within my regional network. Here is one suggestion, include evaluation and assessment in your rfp!
