Has anyone fitted systems retrospectively to capture rain water and to enable Gray Water to be used within their buildings?
We are a Fire & Rescue Service in the UK and have 17 Fire Stations and Headquarters and Training Centre.
If anyone has any experience of the above, I would appreciate any advice or assistance.

Hi Ian,
The State of California is currently allowing small residential grey water systems to be installed without a permit. Check with jsweeney@hcd.ca.gov for the latest information.

There is an organization in Cobourg (Ontario, Canada)called Eco~Work- they specialize in rain water harvesting and grey water recycling- you can check out their website and contact them at http://www.eco-work.ca/.
