CBSM Communication Agency Business Model

Hi,

We are are often approached by non goverment organisation involved with social issues and agendas.Most of these organisations are very well meaning and doing some good work.They ask for our involvement to design communication, but often want the work free.While we do our share of social work,it often makes it difficult to justify working without remmuneration for these organisations. We can see that these organisations need professional help with communication ideas and design. While we want to help them, we also need to be adequately compensated.Is there someone out there who may have resolved this conflict social service vs. reasonable compensation.
