I am doing some research on energy pledges and behavioral based studies (residential). I have been trying to find some research or case studies on estimated savings from behavior based programs - I would consider anything that refers to an energy pledge. Typically people pledge to save a certain amount of energy by whatever means, but my question is how much can you expect them to actually save when it is all said and done. Is there an assumed percentage of savings? 10%, 5%, etc. If anyone can point me in the right direction or show me some type of study I would appreciate it. Thanks!
