I am pleased to announce the newly launched online Journal of Fostering Sustainable Behavior (JFSB). JFSB was launched to bridge the gap between knowledge in the social sciences regarding behavior change and the delivery of programs to foster sustainable behavior. Too frequently, this knowledge has not been brought to bear on the delivery of these programs. The journals purpose is to provide environmental program planners with rigorous information regarding the delivery of programs to foster sustainable behavior. To this end, the journal features three types of articles: strategy papers, programs in practice, and theoretical/methodological pieces each of which are described in detail in the call for papers (http://www.cbsm.com/public/images/JFSBFlyer.pdf). The following link contains guidelines for prospective authors: http://www.cbsm.com/public/images/JSFBGuidelinesforAuthors.pdf
