Paper Mache instead of Styrene

Well Christmas has been and we are once again left with bins of bulky foam packaging that generally goes into landfill.

I am sick of filling bins with this styro foam.

But wait, I noticed that an appliance (Sunbeam coffee grinder) was packed in a paper maches cocoon similiar to an egg carton that will be easily recycled by dampening and flattening and putting into the cardboard waste.

This is a great step forward on combating waste going into landfill.

Bring it on - ban use of styro packaging.
