Learning Outcomes: Sustainability in the Classroom

I am part of a sustainability committee at Kapiolani Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii and we are exploring ways to give some of our classes an "S" designation (for either sustainability focus or sustainability related). Does anybody have a set of learning outcomes that they would be willing to share with us? Any guidance you can provide would be most appreciated.
