Does anyone have best practices examples for juristictions using in-house staff and vehicles to collect materials from civic buildings?
Successful program rollouts (beyond just collection) for civic building waste reduction and recycling CBSM programs would be welcome too. I've seen some info online regarding civic bldg. initiatives in Markham - Ontario, San Francisco and San Jose - California, and Victoria - Australia, but more info in those locations and beyond would be great.
