I am applying for some gov funding for a project that works directly with people getting them on bikes by giving them hands on repair and safety workshops and fixing their bikes with them and for them. I need to know from the population I work with, what % can be expected to ride their bike more after given the individual instruction. I cannot really find studies with numbers. Anyone have anything?

There is alot of good bike-related research at http://www.bikesbelong.org/resources/ that might have some data you can use. See the statistics section.
