The City of Prince George is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to undertake a project to investigate community-held attitudes, behaviors and barriers related to personal commitments and actions to improve air quality in Prince George. This work is being done as part of a community-based social marketing strategy, aimed first at understanding barriers and benefits related to individuals' role in improving air quality (Phase 1) and secondly, designing air improvement strategies or programs that are broadly supported and effective (Phase 2). This RFP and project is related to just running a Phase 1 project.
