Our Client, Efficiency Nova Scotia, has as its Vision a vibrant economy and a healthy environment and climate for generations to come. Its Mission is to provide sustainable energy efficiency, conservation and energy solutions to those we serve.

To fulfill this Mission, Efficiency Nova Scotia is seeking a Director of Planning and Analytics to join its Executive Team. Reporting to the COO, the Director will bring to the organization the depth of experience and expertise to provide leadership in the design of services and programs that will encourage the participation of Nova Scotians in continuing to find energy efficiency within their homes and business over the long term.

In addition, the Director will manage a team of highly competent researchers and analysts who provide the optimum information and analysis to support excellence in programming and services. You will work with staff and colleagues to inspire and to motivate them to seek efficiency innovation that will appeal to a diverse population.

As the ideal candidate you have the proven ability to identify program and service opportunities and needs of Nova Scotians. You are an innovator who thinks outside the box, and your background in product design, effective social marketing, or in the broader social sciences has given you a unique ability to identify needs and to successfully design the services and programs appropriate to meet them.

You possess a clear understanding of what motivates change and influences individuals and groups to seek new approaches to resolving problems or removing barriers that may limit energy efficiency. This will ensure that Efficiency Nova Scotia becomes a model for the creation and implementation of superior programs and services.
