Boulder County is seeking an analysis of the environmental, social and economic impacts of our current countywide environmental sustainability programs and infrastructure, and an exploration of potential improvements to these existing programs that could move the county closer to its GHG emissions reduction goals. Results from this analysis will also help inform decision making on what additional, real-world-tested initiatives might be considered for implementation using revenue generated from a potential sustainability tax or other source.
