Farmers' Market - Social Marketing campaign?

Greetings,
Know of anyone that has developed a Social Marketing campaign for Farmers' Markets?

I am working with a coalition of Farmers' Markets in Clark County, WA that are investigating creative marketing campaigns to get people to purchase more locally grown food from the Farmers' Markets. One of the marketing focuses that we are considering is to target local food supporters to change their grocery purchasing habits and purchase their groceries weekly at Farmers' Markets.

It would be great to hear from others that have worked on Social Marketing campaigns to get people to change their behavior around grocery purchasing and buying local food.
