Barrier/Benefit Research in Commuter Surveys

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has included barrier/benefits research or other CBSM techniques into your organization's commuter surveys? I'd be very interested in checking that out. We do a bi-annual commuter survey and this sounds like a great chance to better understand target audiences.
