Costs for CBSM RFP

We are in the process of writing a grant that would, if funded, include funding for us to put out RFP for CBSM work related to a particular behavior of importance to the mission of the Zoo. I imagine, based on similar work I have done at other agencies, the RFP amount could vary greatly from region, to asks, to the firm, etc. But, to assist us in our grant writing, I was hoping people could share the average amount they have seen (or used) for CBSM RFPs especially for Stages One thru Four.
