Has anyone been part of or witnessed a successful social marketing campaign aimed at reducing single use plastics? If so, I would love to chat about some of the struggles, successes, and preparations that you made and experienced. I am going to be launching at least two campaigns in the next year that will focus on reducing individual and business single plastic use. Any insight or suggestions would be enthusiastically appreciated!

Have you looked at Surfrider website. Here in Victoria we have a number of campaigns similar to other surfrider chapters and are starting an educational series of blogs on SUP and COVID-19. I suggest that due to the pandemic your campaign will need to address fears of safety and perception that plastics are necessary at this time. This is being addressed in my blog on surfrider south vancouver island chapter.
