Colorado Seeks Subject Matter Experts in Circularity & Behavior Change - Open Request for Information

The Colorado Circular Communities (C3) has released a Request for Information (RFI) for circularity subject matter experts. The C3 program is seeking experts to help advance Colorado's circular economy from a variety of intersectional expertise areas, including Community-Based Social Marketing. Contract consultants will be able to provide technical expertise for one or more specific goals, strategies and/or activities as outlined in the C3 Strategic Plan. 

Timeline:

• Deadline to submit written inquiries 2:00 PM MT August 8, 2025
• Answers to written inquiries published 9:00 AM MT August 15, 2025
• Deadline to submit responses to RFI 2:00 PM MT August 29, 2025
