Commercials on Mainstream Viral Marketing Channels

Hello,

I work for the NC Division of Pollution Prevention and Environmental Assistance. We have some cool recycling commercials for 18-34 year olds on our web site (www.RE3.org) and I wanted to put them on other viral marketing channels such as YouTube, Google Video, MySpace, etc. Please email me if you have done this with your campaign? As a state agency, are there any legal issues I should know about before putting our material on these sites? Any advise to increase viral marketing for our campaigns would be appreciated.
