Good afternoon,
I'm looking for advise, techniques, resources, approaches to effectively market the benefits of energy efficiency and conservation to policy makers. We have been successful in targeting the public on the benefits/ opportunities with good results, however for whatever reason its been a hard sell to policy makers. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at Bob Willard's books, Nick, He is long time corporate man turned sustainability champion and has much to offer in "The Sustainability Advantage' and 'The Next Sustainability Wave' which deal with how to approach boardroom and other decisionmaking situations.
