Hi everyone
I have been asked to draft a Climate Change education strategy for residents, schools, businesses and community groups if anyone has any advice on what works/doesn't or is able to provide examples of strategies they have on file, I'd greatly appreciate you forwarding them on. Thanks very much. Have a nice day
Kind regards

Hi Nicola (and others),
There is a great book that provides several case studies of climate change education/social change projects (along with more 'theoretical' explanations about why certain approaches may or may not work). Most of the chapters are written in a US context. My own research evaluates three (out of a total of more than 80) government funded, UK-based projects that aim to change attitudes towards CC. For details of the eighty projects, see http://www.climatechallenge.gov.uk/index.html and click on the 'What's being done' link at the top of the page. The reference for the book is
Moser, S.C. & Dilling, L. (Eds), 2007, Creating a Climate for Change: Communicating Climate Change and Facilitating Social Change (Cambridge, Cambridge University Press).
All the best
Tom
