I work closely with Majora Carter and could supply any information, but she is focused more on creating jobs through environmental justice; not so much creating a sustainable community. Van Jones through the Ella Baker Center in Oakland (working also with the Oakland chapter of Apollo Alliance) have put out reports about green jobs that really foster sustainable behavior through sustainable 'green jobs.'
