I am looking for a carbon calculator and eco-footprint calculator specific to wineries. Does anyone have a template they can share or know of resources that would have this type of information specific to wineries? I may be helping some local wineries assess where they stand in terms of environmental impact and help create a map of how to reduce that impact in the future.
Thanks!!

Apparently, Parducci is the first "carbon-neutral" winery in the country. They talk about this at speaking engagements, so you might be able to get more specifics from the winery itself regarding how this came about. That's not the carbon calculator you asked for, but it's a resource. http://www.mendocinowineco.com/sustainability/carbon_neutrality.html
The Australian wine carbon calculator is available here http://www.wfa.org.au/resources/carbon-calculator/. I know the californian sustainable winegrowing alliance also have done some work on this.

There is a nascent Green Wine Competition http://www.greenwinecomp.info/ that includes a set of competition rules. It is not footprint based though. Instead the wines are classified by viticulture (organic, biodynamic, transitional, and natural) and judged by taste.
