Hello,
Can anyone shed more light on the most sustainable office paper choice? Naturally we are going to campaign to use less paper, double side etc, and I understand that transport is also a factor in the consideration of the sustainability of a product, but if we are looking at resources to produce the paper, which is a better choice as far as paper stock is concerned - 30%, 50%, or 100% recycled paper, or high yield paper (paper which uses a higher quantity of the tree for paper)? Thanks for your input.

Melinda, The Environmental Defense Fund paper calculator allows you to compare the environmental impact of the paper you use now with the impact of similar papers with different levels of recycled content. You'll find the calculator here: http://www.edf.org/papercalculator/
