Hello all,
I am currently working with the hospitality industry (particularly cafes and restaurants, but also interested in info relating to hotels/motels) in the Waikato region of NZ. We are running a series of workshops for the industry early next year and I am interested to see examples of other initiatives which have targeted any or all of the following within the industry:
* Waste reduction (particularly organic/food waste);
* Energy efficiency;
* Purchasing policies to minimise waste or GHG emissions;
* Water efficiency;
* Social policies (i.e. care of staff or contribution to community)
As well as technical information, I'm keen to hear of any specific campaigns/ approaches to behaviour change that have worked well with this industry.
