Dear All,
I am investigating the introduction of a bicycle fleet into our organisation, as an alternative to using cars and taxis. This would offer an important opportunity for staff to actively reduce the organisation's carbon footprint, increase our health/fitness, put a very visible face to our commitment to going green, and help foster new initiatives in sustainable practice. We will be undertaking a staff survey as a way to garner staff support and develop our arguments to strengthen our proposal. I would be very interested to hear from others who have been successful in this form of culture change.
