We are developing funding proposals relating to behavioural change in natural resource management to attract funding from the Australian Government's Caring for our Country Program. This Program requires the project be developed using Program Logic. I am looking for any other work around this area.

I don't know about projects in your area but you may wish to check in the US with NOAA's Coastal Services Center. They have needs assessments and logic models that specifically address behaviour change as the mod-term outcome.
