Hi Everyone,

From time to time people ask about education opportunities for recent grads and I thought I would pass along this information from a program in Canada that I graduated from two years ago. The Science Communication Post-grad diploma is offered between Laurentian University and Science North in Sudbury, ON. It is a 10 month program that covers coursework, a research project, and a 2 month internship. While not focusing on social marketing, it is based on informal education and teaches learning theories and the importance of understanding audience.

There is still room in the fall '09 class. I would be happy to talk to anyone interested in the program.
