When a market incentive is introduced into behavior change, how effective is it versus social values and does market incentives over-ride social values.
My experience in the sustainable transport sector is that market incentives are not very sucessful but a recent project in the home energy audit sector suggests that market values are more important here. Has anyone experience or are there any studies on this?
